Discovery Channel Wins The Night – Thursday 14 August 2014 – Selected Cable Ratings Prime Time Averages P2+ P18-49

Between the hours of 8pm-11pm, Discovery won the Prime Time ratings battle with an average of 1,162,728 people aged between 18-49 years tuning in to them for each hour of the 3 hours of prime time. Their P18-49 audience represented 21% of that advertiser preferred demographic who tuned into the 16 Cable Channels we report on nightly. The total number of viewers aged 2 years & over who watched each hour of this night’s prime time totaled 13,257,894 of which 5,623,356 were aged between 18 & 49 years. The night’s second place winner was History who averaged 630,772 viewers each hour in P18-49 which is 54% of the number of P18-49 viewers, that Discovery who won the night, was able to attract.
